This is exactly how you should set up your report against a player.

Note: Please post a picture of the player breaking the rules. It's just so much more convenient for us because then I don't have to look into chat logs, trade logs, etc. To take a picture, or screen shot, just press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard towards the upper-right hand corner To help us review your reports quicker, please post the picture containing the evidence in your post. TO POST A PICTURE, save the picture to your computer and upload it to either www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us. Imageshack is better because the picture comes out more clear, so please use imageshack. Then you would use this:
